We can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. We strongly recommend that all customers read the item information and check the size chart before placing an order.
If there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at merch@ffungi.org with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
